All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the depiction was created.
Content on Veluom is published by independent creators. Before a creator can publish anything or receive any payment, their identity and age are verified with a government-issued photo ID and a liveness check.
For every other person shown, the creator must file before publication: the person's name, confirmation that the person's ID was seen and that the person is an adult, the person's signed consent to the recording and to its publication, and a copy of the ID showing the date of birth. Another verified creator who appears confirms this from their own account.
A file without a complete record cannot be shown or sold anywhere on Veluom.
Each creator is the producer of the content they publish. Veluom UG (haftungsbeschränkt) operates the platform and does not produce creators' content. The records of identity, age and consent described above are kept by Veluom and its identity verification provider for at least seven years.
