Veluom is a platform for adults. This page says what is allowed here, how we make sure of the age and consent of every person shown, and how anyone can ask for content to be removed – without an account, with a fixed deadline and a reasoned answer.
We spot-check content after publication and follow up on every report. The following is prohibited on Veluom and removed at once:
A violation leads to removal of the content and, for serious or repeated violations, to suspension of the account. Where we suspect a crime, we inform the competent authorities.
Every creator is identified with a government ID and a liveness check before the first publication. Without a passed check there is neither publication nor payout.
If another person appears in a piece of content, the creator must file a proof of age and a signed consent to the recording and to its publication for each of them before publishing. Without these records the content cannot be published.
We keep these records securely for seven years, even after the content has long been deleted, and present them on request to payment providers, card schemes and authorities.
Are you shown in content without having agreed? Do you own content that appears here without your permission? Or does content break these rules? Then fill in the form. You do not need an account. Every request gets a case number, a deadline and an answer.
It helps to give the exact address of the content (copy it from your browser’s address bar) and a short description of what it is about. Knowingly false requests can have legal consequences.
Every request is reviewed by a person from our trust and safety team, not by a machine. We look at the content, the consents on file and your description. You receive the decision with reasons by e-mail; it is documented with time and outcome.
A creator whose content was removed can appeal within six months from her studio. Wherever possible, the appeal is reviewed by a different person than the original decision. Anyone who requested a removal and disagrees with the answer replies to the decision e-mail; we then review again.
The youth protection officer under § 7 JMStV is attorney-at-law Volker Siegel. He can be reached through the contact form on the imprint page and through the address below.
